These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of xeymora.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who we are Xeymora is operated by XEYMORA PTY LTD (ABN [ABN]), of 867 High Street, Thornbury, VIC 3071, Australia ("Xeymora", "we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at support@xeymora.com.
Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on the Site. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Products Xeymora sells cosmetic hair-care products, including the Morning Elixir, Night Elixir, derma roller, and wash range, sold individually or as part of a bundle. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual packaging may vary slightly. Please read the Disclaimer before use.
Orders & pricing All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — if this happens after payment, we will issue a full refund.
Subscriptions Xeymora products are sold on a recurring subscription basis (1, 3, or 6-month cycles). By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you pause or cancel. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account portal or by emailing support@xeymora.com, before your next billing date. Payment Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details. By providing payment information, you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method.
Intellectual property All content on the Site — including the Xeymora name, logo, "For the long run." tagline, Biexum™ mark, product formulations, photography, and site design — is owned by or licensed to Xeymora and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.
Acceptable use You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xeymora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
